Day 1 – Arrive in Cape Town
Private airport transfer to The Cellars-Hohenort in Constantia. Settle into your luxury surroundings before enjoying welcome drinks and a beautiful opening dinner at The Conservatory.

Day 2 – Constantia Wine & Coastal Scenery
Breakfast before a spectacular drive along Chapman’s Peak, followed by tastings at Steenberg, Klein Constantia and Groot Constantia. Enjoy a hosted lunch at Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia, then a free evening to explore Cape Town or dine at leisure.

Day 3 – Hermanus & Hemel-en-Aarde
Travel via scenic Clarence Drive to the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Discover boutique wines at Bouchard Finlayson and enjoy a tasting and lunch at La Vierge, before arriving at oceanfront The Marine Hermanus for sundowners overlooking Walker Bay.

Day 4 – Hemel-en-Aarde to Franschhoek
Breakfast overlooking Walker Bay, followed by tastings at Hamilton Russell Vineyards and Creation Wines, including a wine-and-food pairing. Journey through the Cape countryside to elegant Le Petit Manoir Franschhoek, with the evening free to explore.

Day 5 – Franschhoek Wine Tram
Board the iconic Franschhoek Wine Tram and explore the valley’s vineyards. Enjoy a cellar tour, barrel tasting and wine-paired lunch at Rickety Bridge, followed by a tasting at Haute Cabrière. Evening at leisure in Franschhoek.

Day 6 – Sparkling Wine, Art & Private Dining
A leisurely morning to discover Franschhoek’s village, markets, galleries and boutiques. Visit Le Lude for a Méthode Cap Classique cellar experience, explore Leeu Estates & Mullineux, and finish with an exclusive private dinner at the Everard Read Gallery, paired with estate wines.

Day 7 – Franschhoek to Paarl
Depart Franschhoek with tastings at La Motte, Boschendal and Plaisir Wine Estate, including a relaxed family-style lunch at Boschendal. Continue to historic Grande Roche Hotel in Paarl for an elegant Cape-inspired dinner.

Day 8 – Into the African Bush
Leave the Winelands behind for Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve. After lunch and check-in, embark on your first Big 5 game drive and sundowners, followed by dinner and an unforgettable Karoo stargazing experience.

Day 9 – Big 5 Safari & Cheetah Conservation
Rise early for a sunrise safari, followed by breakfast and time to relax. Enjoy a second afternoon game drive with sundowners, dinner and another spectacular evening beneath the Karoo stars.

Day 10 – Safari Farewell & Stellenbosch
Enjoy one final morning game drive before departing Inverdoorn. Travel to Stellenbosch for a wine tasting and lunch at Tokara Wine Estate, then settle into the tranquil Jordan Wine Estate for a private gourmet picnic dinner among the vineyards.

Day 11 – Stellenbosch Wine Immersion
Discover exceptional Stellenbosch wines with a private tasting at Glenelly, lunch at Rust en Vrede, and an afternoon tasting at De Morgenzon. Return to Jordan Wine Estate for an elegant contemporary dinner showcasing seasonal local produce.

Day 12 – Sparkling Wine, Fire & Babylonstoren
Begin with a spectacular sabrage and Cap Classique experience at Simonsig, followed by an open-fire dining experience at VUUR Goose Island. Finish with a private tasting at Kanonkop before arriving at historic Babylonstoren Estate.

Day 13 – Babylonstoren: Gardens, Wine & Farewell
Explore Babylonstoren’s renowned gardens on a private guided tour, followed by leisure time and a cellar tour with master wine tasting. End the journey with a special farewell dinner, pairing seasonal cuisine with exceptional wines.

Day 14 – Farewell to South Africa
